Our Products

We offer a diverse range of authentic South African products, including 4×4, braai, camping, cattle rails, clothing, coolers, fishing, car, household, knife sharpeners, travel products, and more. We regularly add new products.

Yes, our all products are sourced directly from local artisans, producers, and businesses based in South Africa, ensuring authenticity and supporting local.

All of our products are handmade by skilled folks: some using machinery to assist. We value craftsmanship and quality in all the products we offer.

Orders

Simply add the item you want to the basket. Click on the basket and follow all the steps to the bottom of the page and press Place order. Payments can made via Credit/Debit Card (we use YOCO) or Direct Bank Transfer to our Business Account. Please send your proof of payment to payments@stafross.com

We endeavor to ship all orders within 15 working days from when we can confirm payment. If you are in a hurry for a birthday present or special occasion, we always try to accommodate you with faster service.

Shipping

We prefer to deliver to your doorstep, but special arrangements can be made to pick up your items. Please contact us on +27 64 518 1273 to make arrangements.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to visit manufacturers. They are committed to produce quality products and are concentrating on their workflow. Of course there are exceptions eg. for special custom fittings, but only on pre-arranged appointment.

We ship anywhere within South African borders. We can help you make arrangements to ship to neighbouring countries. Please note that all couriers now have an extra charge delivering to farms.

We make use of The Courier Guy and a few other small but fast courier services. They deliver directly to your shipping address.

We do not make use of Pudo or Paxi, simply because of the size and volume of packages we handle. We also incur extra costs to drive out and spend time at these services. Those costs will have to ultimately be recovered by increasing prices of our products.

We prefer that you do not use your own courier. It is part of our service to track your parcel and act on your behalf if your package is missing, stolen or any other hiccup that my occur. If you use your own courier, we can not give any assistance.

All items can be returned as per our Refund and Returns Policy. Exceptions are: Custom made items and opened consumables eg. spices.
