Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stafross. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. Please note that custom made items can not be returned. Opened consumables, eg. spices can not be returned.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@stafross.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process, including providing the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please include this information in your return request email to returns@stafross.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

Shipping and Admin Cost

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge an admin fee which is 10% of the price of the item(s) returned. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the admin fee will be deducted from your refund.
