Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Stafross Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement is made between you (the “Affiliate”) and Stafross (“Company”).
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion: As an Affiliate, you agree to actively promote and market our products and services using ethical and legal methods. You must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal practices.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Content: You are solely responsible for the content of your marketing materials. You may not use any materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Affiliate Program and keep your account information up to date.
4. Affiliate Links
- Tracking: You will be provided with unique affiliate links to track sales. It is your responsibility to ensure that these links are used correctly.
- Link Placement: You may place affiliate links on your website, social media, and other marketing channels, provided they comply with this Agreement.
5. Commissions
- Eligibility: Commissions will be paid for qualifying sales made through your affiliate links. A qualifying sale is a sale made to a customer who purchases our products or services through a valid affiliate link.
- Payment: Commissions are paid on request through bank transfer. You are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payment.
- Rate: The commission rate is as published in your dashboard. We reserve the right to change the commission rate at any time with prior notice.
6. Termination
- By You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us.
- By Us: We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. Upon termination, you will cease all use of our affiliate links and remove them from your marketing channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stafross, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Affiliate Program or any breach of this Agreement.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stafross regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
By signing up for the Stafross Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
