The Wild Dog 4×4 8-Ton Mid Range Recovery Kit features a 9m kinetic rope for smooth energy transfer, two 3.8m synthetic bridles for safe weight distribution, and four metal-free soft shackles. It also includes a safety damper, leather rigging gloves, and a heavy-duty recovery bag to keep everything organized and protected.

Rigging the kinetic rope minimizes stress on recovery points and prevents frame damage during tough extractions. The rope absorbs and transfers energy from the towing vehicle to the stuck vehicle, ensuring a smooth, highly efficient recovery. The kinetic rope alleviates harsh jerking to reduce strain on both the vehicle and its occupants.

Kinetic rope warnings

• Kinetic rope can be very dangerous if used incorrectly, both to people or property.
• The recovery vehicle must be of a similar weight to the bogged-down vehicle.
• Only use anchoring points on the vehicle that are connected directly to the chassis and are rated by the manufacturer.
• Only use correctly sized and rated connectors (such as soft shackles).
• Never use a kinetic rope on a winch or as a winch cable extension.
• Never tie knots in a kinetic rope when connecting it to a vehicle.
• Never use a damaged kinetic rope.
• Ensure bystanders keep clear of a radius equal to twice the length of the strap.
• Keep the strap clean and free from sand or dirt.

Care & maintenance

4×4 gear is susceptible to wear and tear. Inspect gear before use; never use damaged or unlabeled components. Rinse the gear with fresh water and air-dry it out of direct sunlight.
